（News）給与に歩合制がある場合の雇用調整助成金の助成率が変わります-Covid-19 Subsidy Rate Change for Commission System-

判定基礎期間が9月1日以降の休業より、給与に歩合制を含む従業員に対して適用される雇用調整助成金の助成率が、従来の「休業協定書に定めた基本給を含む手当等の支払率のうち最も低い支払率を適用」から、実際に支払われた休業手当額に応じた額になるよう変更されます。詳しくは以下の9月15日付け厚労省発表資料をご参照下さい。（2021年9月28日）

Effective on September 1, the subsidy rate for the employees whose allowance consist of the fixed salary and the commission will be changed. It was formerly defined as the lowest rate of all including the fixed salary prescribed in the Leave Agreement. The new rate will be calculated in accordance with the actual leave allowance.
